At Sweets Kendamas, we want you to love your gear and accessories as much as we do. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn apparel and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print the label and securely package your items in their original packaging.

Drop Off Package

Hand off your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
